1. Data controller

GardasData (gardasdata.com.tr), operated by Yunus Emre Tetik, acts as the data controller for the customer panel, orders, payment tracking and technical support. Contact: gardasteamspeaksatis@gmail.com

2. Data we process

• Account data: name or company name, email address, phone number
• Order and service data: package type, billing period, location, connection details, panel access records
• Payment and accounting data: transaction reference, invoice status and billing details (we do not store card details; card payments are processed by the payment provider)
• Technical data: IP address, session logs, security and error logs
• Support communication: request text, attachments and message history

3. Why we process it

• Setting up, delivering and managing the digital service through the customer panel
• Handling invoices, renewals and payments
• 24/7 support, security monitoring and abuse prevention
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Data is shared only as far as needed to provide the service, with:

• Payment providers: Shopier and, for international card payments where offered, Paddle.com (United Kingdom) acting as Merchant of Record — these providers process payment data under their own privacy policies
• SMS and email delivery providers (notifications and verification messages)
• Our e-invoicing (e-Arşiv) service provider
• Server and data center providers
• Competent public authorities where required by law

5. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization for visit statistics, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not use advertising cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

6. Retention and security

Data is kept for the duration of the service and for the periods required by law; afterwards it is deleted, anonymized or archived. Technical and organizational measures protect our servers, panel and sessions against unauthorized access.

7. Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing.
